They raised my premium by over $25 without any notification or a 30-day notice, and without explaining why. There was no courtesy call or the option to negotiate. I feel that all the insurance companies, including Progressive, Farmers, Allstate, and State Farm, are price gouging. This is ridiculous. I need to know my options; my renewal date is Oct 1. What a birthday present to me!

After more than 20 years as a loyal customer, they discontinued my home coverage simply because I reside in Paradise, CA, even though my house survived the Camp Fire.

There's an annual membership fee of $30.00, but I'm not sure what it's for. The monthly insurance is expensive, especially considering I have two homes bundled with my auto insurance.
