Konstantin Halachev is Vice President of Engineering at Insurify, where he serves as General Manager of the Bulgaria engineering organization and shapes the company’s data-science strategy. With over 15 years of experience building and scaling machine-learning platforms across insurance, travel and life sciences, he brings deep expertise in architecting AI-driven solutions that power real-time decision-making.
Prior to joining Insurify, Konstantin led the architecture of Skyscanner’s machine-learning infrastructure — enabling personalized experiences for millions of travelers.
He holds a PhD in Bioinformatics from the Max Planck Institute in Germany, where his research focused on statistical analysis of the epigenome.
