I am responsible for reviewing the information it provides about me and for reviewing each quote before deciding to purchase. Quotes do not constitute an offer or a binding contract of insurance.
Sharing my information. I consent to Insurify, Inc., Insurify Insurance Agency, Inc. and their affiliates collecting, saving and sharing the personal information that I or my AI assistant provide in this chat (such as name, email, phone number, address, vehicle and driver details, and driving and claims history) with participating insurance carriers, insurance professional partners and service providers to obtain quotes. My AI assistant’s provider can also see the information in this chat and handle it under its own privacy policy. Insurify does not control the provider’s use of it.
Credit and other reports. In connection with this insurance rate quote and any renewal of insurance, Insurify or its partners may, to the extent permitted by applicable law, obtain or use a credit-based insurance score based on the information contained in your credit report. Insurify or its partners may use a third party in connection with the development of your insurance score. Credit information is not used to rate auto insurance in CA, HI, or MA. They may also obtain claims history and driving record reports about you, and different partners may use different consumer reporting agencies. I authorize each partner that quotes me to obtain these reports to prepare and update my quotes and, if I buy, for underwriting and renewal, unless I withdraw this authorization. They will not be used for marketing. Depending on your state, you may have additional rights, state-specific notices are available here. I have rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, including to dispute inaccurate information and to be told if an insurer takes adverse action based on a report. I can withdraw this consent at any time by emailing privacy@insurify.com. Insurify will pass my request to its partners. Withdrawing applies going forward and does not undo information already shared or reports already obtained; insurers may still obtain reports as permitted by law for a policy I buy.
