Role Title: Customer Experience Manager

About the Role

Do you enjoy connecting with customers and working cross-functionally to analyze customer feedback? If so, you might be a great fit for Insurify’s customer experience role! Insurify is looking for a highly motivated team member to work with Insurify’s customers via online chat and over the phone to help guide them through the comparison insurance shopping experience. You will work closely with Insurify’s product and partnership teams to provide feedback on user experience.

INSURIFY is the nation’s largest virtual insurance agent powered by artificial intelligence and natural language processing. We’re helping millions of people find the best insurance easily by comparing quotes from hundreds of insurance carriers at once. As part of a dynamic and expanding team, you will help drive important customer experience initiatives that are critical to growth in the insurance technology market.

This position is based in Cambridge, Massachusetts.

As a Customer Experience Manager at Insurify, you will…

  • Work with Insurify’s product and partnership teams to provide crucial user feedback
  • Answer customer chats and calls
  • Guide users through our experience, as well as partners’ online experiences
  • Be the voice of Insurify for customers
  • Identify and analyze customer trends
  • Develop a strong understanding of our product and the customer journey
